Prices for long term stays, other occupancies and options: upon request

Minimum stay 3 nights.
– 10% discount for > 7 nights
– 15% discount for > 14 nights

Cleaning Fee EUR 120,— (Discounts and the cleaning fee will be applied in the final booking confirmation)

Minimum deposit: EUR 500,- 

Booking is confirmed once payment of 50% of the total price is made via bank transfer or paypal.
