Shipping :

Shipping is a “hot topic” for our winery. We know that many of you visiting us cannot take wine back home due to their (air)travel luggage restrictions.We did ship within Europe last year, but we faced a lot of problems with all the available shipping providers. A lot of wine got lost or stolen, bottles got broken, deliveries did not reach their destination despite the high prices the shipment providers are charging.We have always refunded our clients because that’s part of our philosophy, but we are still arguing with the shipping providers for reimbursements of the damage caused by them. This leaves us with an increasing amount of financial losses in addition to a lot of administrational work. We therefore have decided not to take on the risks related to shipping anymore and as a consequence, we will not offer shipment abroad any longer. If clients want their wine to be sent to their home, they will be required to arrange the shipping from their end and sending us the shipment labels from their shipment providers. We will prepare the shipment for pick up in our bodega, but won’t be further involved in the shipment process or take any responsibilities for losses and damages. This does not affect deliveries on Mallorca, which we will perform by ourselves as usual. We hope for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation.
